As a result of the expansion, Plumberie Germain Roy awarded the contract for the expansion and repair of the façades to Hardy Construction.
The expansion consisted of the addition of a second floor to the existing building.
Subsequently, it was discussed to review the design of the facades, in order to modernize them while making them harmonious.
