Civil and foundation work for the Mitsubishi dealership in Rouyn-Noranda: a deep foundation system consisting of 50 driven piles supporting a structural slab, along with all utility connections and site development.
As part of the construction of the new Mitsubishi dealership in Rouyn-Noranda, Hardy Construction’s civil division carried out all earthwork, foundation, and utility installation work.
Given the soil conditions, the building rests on deep foundations consisting of approximately 50 driven piles, topped by beam walls, pile caps, and a reinforced concrete structural slab.
The team also carried out the excavation, compacted backfilling, water, sewer, and stormwater connections, as well as the independent water supply system with a well and a septic field. The company handled the structural and civil engineering work, supported by certified plans.
