Civil engineering for the site of a Canadian Tire store in Amos, incorporating nearly 300 m³ of underground stormwater retention and hydrodynamic separators to treat the water before it is discharged into the sewer system.
Carried out for Canadian Tire Real Estate Limited, this project involved the complete civil engineering of the site for a new store in Amos. Hardy installed the storm and sanitary sewer systems, manholes, and sumps, before installing a comprehensive stormwater management system.
This system includes two underground retention basins with chambers totaling nearly 300 m³, as well as hydrodynamic separators that remove sediment, debris, and hydrocarbons before discharge into the sewer system.
Constructed in coordination with the engineer from CIMA+, these structures meet the environmental requirements applicable to commercial sites.
